As an industrial company, we prioritize the supply of spare parts through our authorized dealer network for logistical and process-oriented reasons. Direct end customer and company orders outside our authorized partner network can only be processed with a delay and a current waiting time of 4 – 6 weeks. For faster spare parts supply to our end customers, we recommend ordering through our contractual partners. Should you nevertheless prefer to order directly from us, this is only possible via our spare parts order form.
